Holt Neighbourcare

The Neighbourcare Scheme is an independent group of Holt residents who have got together to offer help to people in our Community who would appreciate a little assistance offering door to door transport to enable residents to; 

• attend doctors appointments
• attend hospital appointments
• go to Church
• to shopping
• even visit friends

All volunteers are subject to CRB checks. The scheme started in Holt in March 2008 and has since expanded its services in Holt, Hinton Martel, Gaunts Common, Chalbury and Horton.
